The Barefoot Lodge lies on the secluded volcanic island of Drawaqa, in the Southern Yasawa Islands of Fiji. The stunning coral gardens right off the beach are some of the best in Fiji. Snorkel, kayak, and swim with the local manta rays or spend a few lazy hours alternating between the hammock and lagoon.
The Lodge offers a tranquil, nature-based experience for alternative travellers of all ages. Its low impact policy aims to preserve the natural environment, maintain an authentic Fijian experience and replace 21st Century noise with the silence of the stars. Limited power sources are provided from energy efficient systems which blend with the natural environment.
Activities
Snorkelling and kayaks (equipment hire free), island treks, volleyball, tropical garden nursery, star gazing, evening fireside music and lazy hours alternating between the hammock and the lagoon.
