Long Beach Resort is a small resort set on the point of a glorious white sandy beach overlooking a turquoise lagoon towards the rolling hills of neighbouring islands.This a place for backpackers and tolerant independent travellers ONLY.
Location Beachfront on Matacawalevu Island in northern Yasawas
Getting There: 3 hrs 30 mins by fast catamaran from Denarau Marina, Nadi Accommodation Accommodation at Long Beach Resort is in 8-bed dormitory style bures for budget travelers and simple thatch bures with shared bathrooms (cold water only). There's one larger private bure with its own en-suite bathroom (cold water only) All bungalows are built to traditional design, alongside the beachfront and set amongst coconut palm trees. The resort has a generator for electricity although this is on at peak hours only.
